When will my order ship? 🗓️
Orders will be shipped out same day or next business day. To have your orders shipped out same day, please place your order before 3pm PST. Example) If you place your order on Sunday, we will ship out your order next business day (Monday). Orders will be shipped out same day or next business day as long as all merchandise is available. In the case your items are not immediately available, we will notify you on the estimated date of shipment.
What shipping methods do you offer? ✈️
- USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING or UPS GROUND
This is our basic shipping option. We will choose the shipping option that will get your package to you faster. The normal estimated delivery times for our basic shipping option is 3-5 business days.
- RUSH (UPS 2ND DAY AIR)
This is second fastest option. The estimated delivery times for our RUSH shipping option is 2 business days.
- SUPER RUSH (UPS NEXT DAY AIR)
This is fastest shipping option. The estimated delivery times for our SUPER RUSH shipping option is 1 business days. Orders must be placed before 3pm PST for next day delivery.
Will my package require a signature? 🖊️
Packages with a subtotal of $100 or higher will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. Eligible customers will be offered the option to opt out of a signature required where order totals exceed $100. Customers who opt out of required signatures assume total responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
How do I track my package? 🚚
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment. If you did not input your email at checkout, you should receive a text message.
We accept returns for any reason before 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. NOTE: E-Gift Cards, Bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and clothing with undergarments are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.
Store Credit Only 💳
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Please include the packing slip so we know to who we need to issue the store credit.
Damaged Items 💔
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance before returning.
Lost Items 📦
Fashion House USA is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an E-Gift card will automatically be sent to your email within 2 business days. If you haven’t received a E-Gift card refund yet, first check your email again. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your E-Gift card refund yet, please contact us at sales@FashionHouseUSA.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
